We're Erin and Jackson, the CREATIVE DUO behind every Lens & Lumen project, from the first creative conversation to the final edit.
Six years ago we picked up cameras to try to capture how the world made us feel. Since then that curiosity has taken us across the globe, working with international brands, tourism boards, and hotels who trust us to translate their destinations and products into content that moves people.
Our approach blends real, unscripted moments with a cinematic eye, content that feels lived-in rather than produced. We believe the most powerful visuals aren't the most polished ones, they're the ones that make an audience feel something they weren't expecting.
That's what we chase on every project, wherever it takes us.
ERIN ROCHE
Creative Director & Filmmaker
Erin is the creative eye behind Lens & Lumen's visual direction. With a degree in Hotel & Tourism Management and Marketing, she brings an understanding of what hospitality and destination brands actually need from their content, not just what looks beautiful, but what resonates with an audience and drives them to act.
On set, Erin leads with instinct. She thinks on her feet, finds the authentic moment before it disappears, and has a natural ability to connect with people in front of the lens, drawing out the kind of genuine emotion that can't be directed. Her eye for the bigger picture ensures every project has a cohesive visual identity from first frame to final grade.
JACKSON RULE
Director of Photography & Producer
Jackson brings together a background in business and an obsessive eye for the world as it actually is. He manages every production with thoroughness and clarity, handling logistics, client relationships, and shoot planning so that nothing is left to chance on location.
Behind the camera, Jackson is drawn to what is inherently foreign and unusual, the rituals, textures, and ways of life that make a destination unlike anywhere else. Together with Erin, their short film India Unveiled, an exploration of how tradition and culture shapes life and death in India, won third place at Be Still Media Festival. Where Erin finds beauty and emotion, Jackson finds context and truth. Together they capture the full picture.
